There used to be a gas station across from UVU...

on the southwest corner of the intersection, I'm not sure what sits there now, some business, but it was called Huey's Chevron and the owner had a counter in there where he made sandwiches. He called them Huey's Hoagies. They were the best ones I've ever had.
