Boat had a couple of guys fishing. They were drinking and one guy fell off the boat (we were in the shore) and the guy that fell in never surfaced. We tried all we could from the shore, but not much we could do. We were able to call 911 and flag down a couple of other boats but nothing. Later that evening on the news we saw the breaking news story and I would check periodically and they never found him.
