Of course that was before it quit altogether, took 2 weeks for someone to show up, another 2 weeks to get part & come back, 1 more week of it actually working before quitting again, 2 weeks to come back again to say it can not be fixed, and finally another week to get the paperwork to decided yes, the one and a half yr old fridge should not just quit beyond repair like that.
Now we'll need to jump through some hoops to get our refund that should take another week. Yes, it's been nine weeks since we first had the thing go out on us. It's a good thing we had another fridge in the basement kitchen. We will be using our refund to buy a new non-Sumsung refrigerator.
