Conference championship and division championship every single year makes each game more meaningful. some seemingly natural rivalries will easily develop (navy, houston, memphis, the Florida schools) within 3 or 4 years and based off past meetings and yearly play. Better football and basketball at the top than any non-P5. 2 Florida schools that are growing and on the rise. P5 is not an option right now and may never be so why wait. Independence is not sustainable nor ideal long term. Strength in numbers. AAC could raid other conferences at some point when realignment takes place and we'd already be in, not trying to make stupid presentation on how we are not LGBT haters and getting left in the cold yet again for the umpteenth time. 

Overall, I want in, especially if we can negotiate with ESPN to have a different revenue distribution structure with the conference.
