We say we are P5 caliber well I’m not so sure, start with recruiting we would be the worst p5 recruiting class the last few years. Then on field performance we haven’t been that good obviously. We can compete in the AAC. So if you like money more than winning football games then yeah stay independent, but if you like winning football games and competing for championships and NY6 bowls then go to the AAC which we would compete in that league almost every year. I just don’t understand why people want to stay independent we aren’t Notre Dame we can’t get the recruits they can and that’s a lot of what college football today boils down to is recruiting. We can out recruit a lot of AAC schools though and win in that conference.
