I just want ot point out, and lament, that Big XII is as happy as they can be
right now. Expansion for them is dead and will be for a long time.
They are making more money per team than they ever had. They are making more money per team than they originally thought. They are about to sign another deal with ESPN that is going to bring in several more million per year for streaming rights. By next spring each team will be making SEC level money.
Giving them the right to have a conference championship with only 10 teams was huge - and the biggest blow to BYU or anyone's chances of moving to a Big 5 conference. They would lose a lot of money if they expand.
