Some long term investment advice/question
I’m reading a book on economics and the author keeps talking about how fearful we should be when the stock market reaches new highs. He hasn’t come out and said it directly, but it seems as if he thinks people should cash out now and then start investing again after a big slow down or decline in the market.

I get the “buy low, sell high” rule, but there is also risk in selling before you should.

Thoughts?
