Any opinions? A “friend” is looking to buy there. Any opinions on the community etc.
My friend lives out of state, but is relatively close to Provo for when kids go to school. Additionally, golf and outdoor activities are attractive.
Any thoughts would be helpful.
Victory Ranch feels too remote. Glenwild is great but not remote enough and a different vibe.
