it's the same stuff - you just dilute to the appropriate concentration.
If you don't feel comfortable doing that, then by all means, use the pre-diluted stuff. Using too high a concentration can also cause reactions.

I was an assistant to a pesticide researcher when I was young, so I have no qualms about this sort of thing.
