My mom would buy a gallon of milk then add powdered to it as the jug went down. When I was
really young I thought we had a magic milk jug that refilled itself. The longer we had it the worse the taste got.
The new stuff like Magic Moo is much better but still nothing like the real thing. I admit to mixing it half & half a few times when money was tight early in our marriage.
