Stretching is important to increase range of motion though right?
If I want to be a gymnast and I try to do the splits I’m going to be in a world of hurt if I do t increase the range of motion. Likewise if my hamstrings are so tight I can’t perform a deadlift I should probably work on flexibility through stretching to get there. What you’re saying is that stretching.... as a warm up is generally worthless, but a warm up is still important correct?
