It's for the same reason UteFans.Net ...
used to have quite a few BYU fans on it; it's perspective. I personally come on here for the topics outside of sports. I rarely comment on threads relating to BYU sports. I don't think I talk a lot of smack on here. Older age will do that to you. Back during the MWC days, UteFans.Net had quite a few BYU fans running their mouths, especially after the 2006 and 2007 games.
UteFans.net has died a slow death. Most fans are on a separate Facebook page called UteNation, among others. I've been to a few UteFan pages over the years, all had BYU fans on them. I don't understand what the big deal is; now if . Utah fan come on here with weak trash just to be a punk, I'd be annoyed too.
