Should the ignore score be affected by users with .1 posts per day or less?
Currently and as far as I understand it, ignore scores are limited to subscribers who have logged in within the last 3 months. What about people that log in semi-frequently, but never post? Why should their ignore count if they don't even participate to any meaningful degree?

Maybe add a requirement for someone's ignore to count towards somebody else's score that either their total post per day or recent posts per day has to be above a certain threshold. It doesn't even have to be high. .1, .2, .3 posts per day.

One last ignore score question: do mods get their ignore score washed away? Does El Jefe wash away his own ignore score? And why?
