My wife is really getting into watching her sleep and devoured the Peter Attia podcast discussions about sleep.
She needs a good sleep monitor. — one that will not just measure time but will analyze quality and sleep stages. For those who use them, which style (wearable, nightstand, under mattress, etc.) do you prefer? She needs one that will work with two people in the bed (it doesn't need to track my sleep but it needs to be able to deal with movements that are mine, not hers).
