I have lived in OC for a few months now and it is the friendliest place overall
that I have ever lived in.
I went to school in Utah and have lived in a couple of places in the midwest (small town and large city) that were pretty friendly, but everywhere we go here we have run into very friendly/helpful people. It's been a pleasant surprise.
