So I just made pizza at my house. It was decent, nothing too great, but it just left me questioning what I can do to make my pizza better. I feel like my sauce doesn’t taste quite right, the cheese doesn’t have any flavor, and the crust isn’t quite where it needs to be texture wise. What brand ingredients do you go with/what do you do to take your homemade pizza to the next level? Is there a special way you make the dough? Do you bake the crust before adding the toppings? Etc.
