This may be an odd question. How does one find a great therapist when life is going well (and no past issues)?
I've seen great benefits for family & friends working through specific challenges (e.g, anxiety, OCD, depression, etc.), but it appears trickier to find a good one for general life. I'm curious if it can be a helpful tool to work through mental models, personal / career growth, and the occasional work, family or life related stresses. FWIW, this would be northern Utah county area. Has anyone done this? Did it help improve general life quality and productivity?
* (edit) removing "life coach" as that appears to be a hot trigger that I completely agree with the views below
