I've done that many times when I need to merge. The fun part is that I only
punch it right off the line. Usually the truck driver is offended that I challenged his manhood and punches it to show me how manly he and his truck are. I let him waste his gas roaring ahead, then merge behind him and continue to accelerate at my regular rate.

There are always the “gun it on green” guys regardless of what you’re driving. Just seems like more come out of the
