Using the current consensus of preseason magazines as a proxy, I think I’d put $500 on No. 18 Penn State (currently 20-to-1) and $250 each on No. 13 Utah (10-to-1) and No. 14 Washington (10 to 1). I don’t think I’ll miss the $500 throw-ins on the two Pac-12 teams when I make $10,000 on my other bet.

His confidence is much higher with Penn St., but still a little frigthening to have two dark horse CFP candidates in the first month of our schedule. My BYU fandom has breeded extreme pessimism, but hopefully we're somehow vastly improved this season and can shock some people out of the gate.
