We are moving locally and might look at getting help from a moving company. Total distance is about 30 miles. Traditionally we have moved ourselves with help from family, but it looks like we will be moving on a week day next month and I don't think we would have much luck getting help, and I don't really want to ask for people to take time off for moving. 

Any recommendations? Good or bad experiences? I am curious what kind of expense we might expect. Moving from 5 bd home. We are in Utah.
