Fast, cheap, and can be healthy depending on what you get.
It’s definitely not great, but when I’m on a diet it’s my go to because you can eat a lot for $8 and It’s highly nutritious. I can’t believe that McDonalds and Wendy’s are $8-$9 for a value meal these days, why anyone would go there when you get more food and better nutritious stuff for the same price is beyond me.
