fairly family friendly? I'm considering cataract or Lordone near vernal but cataract is prob too wild for my 5 year old.
I want to find a fun place with natural water slides, waterfalls, etc where kids can stop and play.

back in the 80s when I was a guide, you had to be at least 12 yo to run Westwater and Cataract.

Above Boise there is a section on the Payette that is a lot of fun, but it only takes a few hours to run.

I should mention there are a lot of whitewater trips out of Boise. The Payette is the only one Ive done.

Thanks I'll look into those! We are taking our own raft so we don't need a guide
