I'm not saying he did, but the original text in the email from "Darren Lucy" claimed that he was partying with a booster, cash loans, use of vehicles, etc, which would be NCAA violations. Thus Utah informed BYU so they could investigate, which they from what I understand, and they cleared him of any violations other than HC stuff
