Tampa is too close to Orlando, Raleigh is too close to Charlotte, and Austin is
way too close to San Antonio — no way those cities get teams unless the other one moves.
OTOH, I think San Diego would have a shot, with the massive population of SoCal (think Padres, Angels, and Dodgers) and lack of other major league teams in San Diego.
