Cruising out of park city down the canyon in my Uber on the way to the airport
just barely. There’s a group of 5 motorcycles ahead of us and the driver and I start talking about how we used to have motorcycles but when we had kids we sold them because of the obvious safety reasons.

About 30 seconds later one of the bikes has something happen and he pulls hard left and slams into the concrete divider. Driver is like “holy “swear” we were literally just talking about that!”

Rider slams into the concrete barrier going like 60, somehow manages to stay on the bike but is pinned between the cement and his motorcycle which is just dragging him for like a 1/2 mile maybe? Stays on and finally slows the bike down enough to let go and fall off. We pull over to see if he’s ok and he jumps up and says he’s good enough to stand so he’s ok. Luckily he was wearing one of those racing suits with the pads and crap so he’s probably just going to be scraped and bruised but it was pretty scary and actually pretty impressive how he handled it. Could have went much worse.
