Wouldn't it be hard to conclude that Luke had to have committed the crime?
If the DNA shows a sibling or close relative committed the crime, it wouldn't have to be Luke. Seems like Luke could make the case that it was another (maybe unknown) sibling, a parent, or even another relative depending on how similar the match is.
