I’m down 5% over the last 4 weeks.
I’ll do my best to keep it going. I’ve been tracking my caloric intake with the MyFitnessPal app. My goal is set to lose 1% of my body weight per week. I’ve stayed under my daily caloric goal 5 out of 7 days per week (not cheat days or anything). I’ve also increased my daily activity by quite a bit over those 4 weeks.
