I'm 36, with a wife and 3 kids with the fourth on the way. I'm 6'1" and currently weigh 270. I'm pretty broad shouldered so I hide it but getting to where I don't anymore and am sick of it. My main obstacle is self control and portion control. Very sedentary with work seated on my butt most of the day.
Generally when I hit the wall I'm pretty motivated. I think for now my exercise goals would be about 3 times a week mainly cardio.
