POLL: How often do you get just a lousy nights sleep?
this probably happens to me quarterly in a year. 3-5 times ish, where for whatever reason I just wake up a lot or can't get to sleep or wake up at like 3:30 or 4 and can't go back to bed?
regular insomnia would really be a pain.
