this week. Yesterday and today were a bit challenging. Last night we went to a BBQ where they had hot dogs, chips, and cookies. Normally I would pig out but I limited myself to one hot dog and a normal serving of chips, then ate a bunch of carrots.
Today, we met up with some friends at the beach and ordered pizza for everyone. Again, normally I'd chow down. But I thought ahead and bought a bunch of fresh veggies and fruit (cherry tomatoes and blueberries I got at the farmer's market), so I ate a slice of pizza and then filled up on tomatoes and blueberries. I'm trying hard to just moderate what I eat instead of cutting out certain things entirely.
