Wall St Journal reporting that 0.28% of workers in the US make the federal minimum wage of $7.25/hr. And most of these
min wage workers are under 25 years old. 21 states use the Federal minimum with the rest of the states have their own minimum. Pretty interesting that it's less than 1% of workers.
