Dang man, 13 lbs in a week?! Good for you.
I'm maybe down 2 lbs, but I feel like I've been trying really hard to stay under my calories, cut out junk food, and eat lots more fruits and veggies. I'll admit I'm a little disappointed I haven't lost more, but I'm trying to not get discouraged. I do feel really good about the food habits I've been making.
