anyway. It will slow down to a healthy weight loss with time. Keep it up though. Good work. 13 lbs off has to feel great. I'd start working out slowly. Walk 2-3 miles a few times a week. Then start lifting, or increase the intensity after a few weeks. Do little things over time. Don't try to do it all at once.
