I don't think too much too fast on week 1 is a thing. Most of it is water weight
anyway. It will slow down to a healthy weight loss with time. Keep it up though. Good work. 13 lbs off has to feel great. I'd start working out slowly. Walk 2-3 miles a few times a week. Then start lifting, or increase the intensity after a few weeks. Do little things over time. Don't try to do it all at once.

You can do an unofficial weigh in by putting in your weight. No need to do an official weigh in.
