No he is inferring that because Stu hired someone to cover the Ute beat and not
the BYU beat that the Utes are more relevant. What he fails to understand is that the reason any magazine's lead editor/writer hires someone else to cover a beat, is because Stu and other national writers cover what is often relevant such as BYU. They leave what is seldom relevant but can fill space to hirelings who are looking to cut their teeth in the industry.
