A late start on Thursday is making it hard to go to the game.
I live in North Davis County and if the game gets out at 11:30 PM, then I wont get home until 1:00 AM at the earliest. My guess is 1:30 AM is more likely. Then it will take me an hour to wind down, so in bed at 2:30 AM. Then wake up at 5:30 AM to be at a to work at 6:30 AM.
I just don't think paying 100+ dollars to go to a game and then have a miserable Friday is worth it. I love BYU football, but these late games that ESPN gives us is making it harder for me to go to games.
I'm glad that we are getting more money from ESPN than we did in the MTW, but I have missed out on several games due to them being so late. I'm not even an old man. I just have kids and a job.
Don't get me wrong I still love BYU football and get super excited to watch them, but these late games are killing me.
