Due to limitations with my job I've never been able to take more than a week to go on any family vacations. Next year I'm going to be able to take a longer break and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Below is some background to help:

• Three kids (Ages 8,5, almost 1)
• Able to plan travel for Spring, Summer, or Fall (if season matters)
• Wife really wants to stay within US with kids, but might be able to talk her into somewhere international if I can get her comfortable that it's safe.
