The US 30 yr treasury is trading below 2% in after hours trading. That's the first time in history it's ever been this
low.
Trump should borrow a Trillion $$$ at these rates and create a huge infrastructure program. It would be remarkably stimulative to our economy (and it's needed anyway).
And let's hope home mortgage rates continue to fall.... 3% for a 30 year fixed mortgage would be so great for tens of millions of Americans.....
