Following a straight line, those recruited in 2013 that immediately left, then had a redshirt year, are now red shirt, RM seniors.

I think it took us a few years learning how to manage it (and the learning continues sometimes resulting in injuries IMO). It also seemed like there were many that still played a year and then left at first, where now most seem to head off right away. The transition period since 2013, IMO, contributed significantly to the lack of depth over the last several years, but will pay dividends in the future.

When the change was announced I thought it would pay huge future dividends to the football program, as did many. If true, drink some kool aid. Hopefully, dividends are received this year.
