How real is the age issue in hiring in what you guys see? I have a couple of
Facebook friends that are around 50 or a little older that are looking for work as professionals with pretty solid resumes. They are both expressing frustration that they aren't getting anything other than form rejection letters when they have not struggled with finding new jobs in the past. What are you guys seeing? Is there still a dreaded "no man's land" age where it's really tough to switch employers?
