without the screen. We got rid of both after getting a smaller iPad with Procreate. Not sure on the total cost, but it was $300-400 I think.

Our daughter who used all of them preferred the iPad/Procreate combo to the Cintiq with the much larger screen because it was much easier to use, less glitchy, and didn't limit her in any way. I don't remember all the prices, but I think the Cintiq was at least 2x more expensive than a basic iPad and then needed to have an Illustrator/Photoshop subscription.
