looks like about 1/3 of those participating haven't even put in an update yet, so I'm sure its much higher than that. Great work everyone.
Took a cheat day Saturday for anniversary dinner, and let it spill into Sunday a bit by not keeping track of calories. Back on the Wagon today though.
Saturday I had my best run in a long time. I was able to go 4 miles without stopping (the last few weeks I've been 3-3.5 miles) and I was able to do it in 34 min (8 1/2 minute mile pace). My hope is to get to 5 miles in close to 40 minutes in the next few months.
