Football and our first game is against Utah, but some quick thoughts.

* The obsession with the ugly red school up North is getting to be a bit much for me. The talent differential if there is one is not what many on here think it is.
* Utah fans who come onto this board and talk trash need to re-think their life choices. This is a BYU board. If you want to come on here and speak about other topics with good folks then go for it. But this is not a Utah message board. Have someone graduate from your school that has the capability to run one and go there. Heck you can probably even pay one of the thousands of Cougars with the skills to run one for you.
* I will repeat it again. Going on someone else's message board and talking trash about football means that there is something wrong with you. Take a look at your life. Make the changes you need to make to become someone who contributes positively to society.
* Having lost a few BYU/Utah games in a row I don't have the right to talk any trash regarding our upcoming game. I am smart enough to realize this.
* Having graduated from clearly a superior school I am always able to talk trash regarding academics as a rebuttal. Good natured of course as we all know that not everyone can get into BYU and Utah is good for a commuter school. I tend to leave the subject alone until they tell me how great their football team is and I ask them how they compare to what the average Cougarboarder makes. (I mean I have polls to back it up and everything)
* For both sides: Enjoy the rivalry game. It should be fun for all. If there weren't complete jerks on both sides of the rivalry (I mean it is like 10 for every one, but still we certainly have a few) it could be even more fun.
* When BYU wins don't go on their message board to brag....wait, they are supposed to be this great fan base and they don't even have a message board. Nevermind.
