Remodeling my wife’s home and they had wired a 110 punch down
But never did anything with it. So as nice as it sounded back when they built the home in 2003 or so to have all these cables for an intercom system, security cameras, I assume internet, they never used it.

I don’t see a practical use for it with our WiFi, Bluetooth speakers/intercom, and wireless security cameras. My only thought is maybe someday i would want to use it for something should we get better internet service out but then it would be fiber and not using 17 year old technology right?

Is there anyone who can talk me out of removing this or at least covering up with Sheetrock the random outlets with blanking plates in the house for some future use? I guess powering a device someday that needs wires but even at that it’s not like you can run 110 v items off this right?
