Muscle confusion is bogus. Don’t be the guy doing a bunch of ridiculous
‘Different’ exercisers using the equipment ridiculously. A good total exercise routine should hit the different muscle groups appropriately. Master a few exercises and mix it up a little depending on what works for you.
