To Whitt and the team the boosters admin etc this is one of the most important games on the schedule.

It’s pretty disrespectful IMO and really i think contributes to an atmosphere of hate and vitriol but they don’t care about that. And that’s ok, let them be that way if they think it gives them an edge. Almost a win at all costs attitude no matter what those costs are.

We just need to want it just as bad and be willing to work at beating them just as much if not more. Without all the hate.

One of their boosters told me one time he thinks that has been the real difference in many of the close games won by Utah during the streak. Not a big talent difference but he just feels Utah has wanted it more almost with a life or death effort and attitude to win. Believe me they care!
