I would say someone who has an active disdain for the Church and takes legitimate issue with its teachings/doctrine and influence in the community. Someone who has no issue speaking ill of the Church and its members. I am not talking about someone who may be struggling with their faith or someone who just doesn't like BYU but doesn't take issue with the Church or its members.
