That's what I did. It doesn't help that he's shy, sensitive, and already emotional. He's a good kid, was actually
voted to his leadership council and very popular and well liked at his last school. We anticipated his adjustment to junior high being a little rough because we know there's a lot of mean and brutal kids out there so we've been trying to prepare him all summer basically telling him that junior high will be different, and a lot of people will judge him on things that don't matter and kids will be mean and hurtful.
