Discovery 2 brake master cylinder $60-120. 100 Series Land cruiser master cylinder: $2,300. Used on ebay: $700
The used one on ebay had spot rust spots, but a rebuilt electric motor (it's electric assist). The actual master cylinder was not rebuilt, I believe the mileage was 130-150k. So $700 for a 15 year old part of questionable origin. I'm still bitter about that one.
