Lexus experience, they just don't.
The "every man dealership" is full of sharks who attack you as soon as you leave the car. The luxury dealerships let you look around. They don't approach or annoy you. They are confident in what they stock, and don't bother you with stuff you aren't interested in.
Maybe they've done studies on the types of people at luxury/regular dealerships and what tactics maximize sales. If that's the case, than I am definitely a luxury person, as I can't stand the standard dealership methodology.
