Our friend’s daughter was a Cougarette. Both parents are die-hard BYU fans.

The Cougarette is best friends with a girl on Utah’s Crimson Line who had given her a white elephant gift at Christmas, a shirt that said “Anywhere but BYU”. Our friend and their daughter were walking through fashion place mall, Cougarette wearing said shirt, when an older woman walked up to her and said “they wouldn’t have you anyway”

It took them a minute to realize what had just happened, and they called and told us the story shortly thereafter.
